“Very good. Nice young man, however the wait for the delivery is somewhat long for me... I am sure it will be worth the wait. However, once delivered it was not what he promised. I feel violated at the age of 62, taken advantage of, robbed in other words and there is nothing that I can do about it.”

I was able to order my mattress right over the phone, and the process was quick, easy, and stress-free. The customer service was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any hassle. On top of that, they offered same-day delivery, which was a huge plus. “This is an amazing store to get your mattresses from!!! I have Sciatic nerve damage in my back and the queen size mattress I got from here has made my back feel 100 times better than it did before when I had my old mattress. I paid 1200$ for my old mattress and I paid less that half of that for my new one and it’s a better quality and softer mattress, I 100% recommend getting your mattress from here if you are looking for one!!”

“I visited the store just to compare prices but ended up buying a full living room setup because the designs felt more modern than other places nearby. The salesperson helped mix and match sofa, center table, and shelves so everything looked coordinated. Payment and billing were smooth. Delivery came one day later than promised due to transport delay, but they informed me beforehand. Assembly was quick and neat. One minor issue was a slightly uneven table leg, which they fixed the same day after I called.”

“Nice furniture but prices are outrageous. Be wise when you shop and price . You can literally can the same exact products from Amazon or other retailers for a few hundred dollars cheaper. People are nice tho sand the furniture it’s an eye grabber.”

“Great deal for mattresses! The regular was more plush than the plush. Unless you get the super plush with the mattress topper. Don’t waste your money on the mid line. Go regular or go big!”

“We have purchased soft sided water beds directly from the manufacturer United States Water Mattresses since the late 1980's. Hands down the most comfortable bed that you will ever sleep on. We recently purchased our third cover, new foam rails, and memory foam top as our last set up lasted 25 years. We had replaced the bladder eight years ago due to a move and not wanting to put in storage. It is not often that you get to speak with the owner of a company. Iftakir Malik was extremely knowledgeable and informative of the products that he manufactured and a non-aggressive salesperson pressuring us into a decision. We had several phone calls over the span of a couple of weeks until we made our decision with the memory foam top. He even offered to send us samples. Once the order was placed, We were sent tracking notification and a copy of the charge invoice as well as an email with his personal cell phone number telling us if there were any questions with disassembly of the old and set up of the new to call. Everything arrived in great shape and timely. We set the new bed up.Seven months later I unzipped the top to add conditioner to the bladder and noticed the memory foam top had a crack in it. We notified Iftakar, sent photos and he responded immediately. He emailed the foam manufacturer cc ing us. A new memory foam top was sent to us at no cost timely and under warranty. A pre paid pick up is being sent for the defective one for evaluation as to what went wrong. We have never experienced such awesome customer service before with any product. Most companies say " Oh this is the first time this has happened" and put you through heck to even get a warranty on their product if you can get one ! We give US Water Mattresses the highest of ratings to do business with in manufacturing the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on and sold by the best customer service you will ever see.Seriously!Lisa and Patrick”

“I honestly initially visited Ashley’s simply to browse, but Ms. Imya transformed my visit into an exceptional experience. Her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine ability to connect with my vision for my new townhouse were truly spectacular. After I shared how I wanted the space to look and, more importantly, how I wanted it to feel, she immediately understood my style. She thoughtfully guided me through furniture selections, design possibilities, and placement ideas with the insight of a talented interior designer. I never felt pressured only heard, valued, and inspired. Ms. Imya has a remarkable gift for turning a customer’s ideas into a cohesive vision. I am sincerely grateful for her patience, creativity, and outstanding service. She is an incredible asset to Ashley HomeStore, and I highly recommend asking for her!”

“John had to come out twice for our electric dryer. He was knowledgeable on the information he provided to me. He ordered the part needed to hopefully fix the dryer. The parts were delivered directly to me and they just scheduled when they seen parts have been delivered. It was a smooth and easy process even tho I was out of a dryer for two weeks, beats having to buy a new dryer!”
