“I literally Called About A Full size Bed and I Needed Same Day Delivery. I Spoke With Them At 11:30am, he told Me he could have The Bed to Me At 6pm. Well, 10 minutes Later he Called saying he wouldn’t have me waiting he could be to my home in 30 minutes. VERY FAST SERVICE. I paid for the bed and delivery fee when he Arrived. In literally less than an Hour the bed was At our Home. It was for my 9 Year old daughter. She said the bed was Very comfortable. Her && I Had movie night, I fell asleep in her bed, Let’s just Say I was able to get a good 8 hours of sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ?”

The salesperson helped mix and match sofa, center table, and shelves so everything looked coordinated. Payment and billing were smooth. Delivery came one day later than promised due to transport delay, but they informed me beforehand. Assembly was quick and neat. One minor issue was a slightly uneven table leg, which they fixed the same day after I called.”

“John was great. He let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and the cost of the repair. Unfortunately the repair cost was more than the machine cost and I opted not to get it repaired. I did have to pay the $129 service call fee which was okay as the tech did have time and travel costs. I will definitely use Sears in the future”
