Delivery came one day later than promised due to transport delay, but they informed me beforehand. Assembly was quick and neat. “John had to come out twice for our electric dryer. He was knowledgeable on the information he provided to me. He ordered the part needed to hopefully fix the dryer. The parts were delivered directly to me and they just scheduled when they seen parts have been delivered. It was a smooth and easy process even tho I was out of a dryer for two weeks, beats having to buy a new dryer!”
