The have gorgeous off the rack clothing and can probably design any item of clothing you have in mind.”
“AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! Most clothing stores will not care after you spend your money he understands the key is for long term customers and he has one in me from now on!”

I’m very specific about the way pants fit and he had no problem helping me find the right pair and size. “I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! “Marcia is the sweetest lady, every time I stop in just to browse I leave with something I didn’t know I need. She took a Burberry trench coat off a manican in the window and it fit me perfectly I thought the $600 she was asking was a bit pricey until I found out how much that coat goes for new so off course I bought it. She has the most wonderful things in her shop. I’ve also snagged a really nice pair of fur lined gloves a bow tie a belt and I am one of those I know it when I see it people and her shop never lets me down”

“My experience at Spencers, inside the White Marsh Mall is always very nice and pleasant. The store manager and staff are always very warm, and welcoming as soon as I come into the store. They're always asking if you need help with anything while shopping. Recently I had a little concern or issue with my purchase and refund/exchange but the store manager went above and beyond to explain to me my charges when I thought I was being overcharged. She was so patient and understanding when assisting me. She never once got mad or thought that I was irrational and even sympathized with me. I love this Spencers store and will always be their number one customer especially because they have the best graphic tees, dope BOGO sales and the best adult naughty products as well. ?”

“I will start with the first impression when i looked to living here, Loiuse!!!! Never have i walked Into a complex and immediately felt so welcomed in my life! Originally when coming in, i still Was trying to decide between prob about 5 different places and she hands down made that decision for me based on her welcoming demeanor! She was and still is always in the best mood and absolutely the most helpful person i have had the pleasure of meeting! The entire staff has just been amazing from the GM to the concierge to even the amazing cleaners!
Cleaners: the property is so well maintained beyond standards (I’m very very clean myself and i was Blow away) they are always working and feel they make this place so perfect to be around!
GM: on top of it! He walks around the property and is always making sure things are good!
Other leasing agents: so friendly and kind and a pleasure to have around!
Concierge: on top of it! They know who you are within days of you moving it!
This place is not a move in and find a new place kind spot! It’s almost like a forever home!
The pool is so clean, amenities are well maintained! So much to offer! Even have a herb garden!!!!!!!! Several grills cleaned by cleaning crews each day and the residents take pride in the stuff also and keep things nice! Gym is HUGE!
They offer so many events!
Hands down my favorite place i have Lived by far! And as i said, had it not been for the friendly face of Louise when i came last minute to see this place…. I would have missed out! Both me and my boyfriend! We couldn’t be happier!
