I made the drive to the Oakley Vault at Arundel Mills specifically because I wanted expert help with my Radar EVs, and this team exceeded every expectation.

Notori was phenomenal from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me. She took the time to educate me on the differences between Radar EV models, helped me properly size my replacement lenses, and answered every question I had with confidence and detail. She never made me feel rushed and shared a ton of useful information that I couldn’t have found anywhere else. She’s a perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like.

Chris was equally great to work with. He was approachable, understanding, and took the time to explain the differences between Prizm and Prizm Polarized lenses while making sure I understood exactly what I was buying. It’s obvious he cares about customers having the right product, not just making a sale.

I also want to recognize Chele, the store manager. We got off on the wrong foot initially, but she completely turned that around. She was incredibly patient, listened to every concern I had, and worked with me every step of the way. Even while training Marco, she managed to handle everything effortlessly without ever making me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. That level of professionalism says a lot about her leadership. Marco was also friendly and attentive, and it’s clear he’s learning from a great team.

This visit reminded me why I’ve always respected the Oakley brand. It’s one thing to make great products, but it’s another to have a team that genuinely cares about educating customers and making sure they leave happy. I’ll gladly make the 40-minute drive again just to shop at this location. Thank you, Notori, Chris, Chele, and Marco for an outstanding experience.”

John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! The pool is so clean, amenities are well maintained! So much to offer! Even have a herb garden!!!!!!!! Several grills cleaned by cleaning crews each day and the residents take pride in the stuff also and keep things nice! Gym is HUGE!
