Just take your business to the other location around the corner. I have witnessed them taking advantage of elderly confused people, dishonest about prices and promotions. My third trip I decided to try and cut two phones back on. Guy tells me I have to pay $400 something dollars to cover the months my phone was off, then says he can get me 4 phones for $400 as an alternative 🤣. That's not even how prepaid works my friend, I left and at the other location got a new phone and turned another back on all under $120.

Went to the Metro store and was waited on by a young lady who added a lot of add - ones to my phone bill that I didn't want. Trying to get more money from people ðŸ˜. I never had a problem with my service I been with Metro for years. I was shocked 😳 when my bill 💸 went from $76.00 a month to $156.00 a month.

On January 3, 2025 I pay my phone bill then I got Galaxy tablet first for 50 dollars then paid 15 dollars and paid 15 dollars I never got my confirmation number saying I paid it didn't go through my phone or my email. I'm supposed to get an confirmation I didn't get one In December of 2024 either. If there no recipe then how do I know that is the correct amount I paid for the location of Metro phone company is on Eutaw street location downtown in Baltimore MD.

They don't want to help you if you're not buying something. Not right I just needed to pay my bill they wouldn't help me

Was told to come back in a month because they can lower my monthly payment. I went back but the employee who told me that was not there. Instead, another employee told me to call the customer service. I asked questions because I was not informed anything other than "come back next month to lower your payment," and the employee began showing irritation and raising her voice. Told me to just hang up and call again when the customer service lady answered (???). Honestly I'm still baffled by what irritated this lady that much. But if you see a young girl with red highlights in her hair at the front desk, try to get the help of someone else; she is one hell of a character that will ruin your day.
