Metro by T-Mobile offers generally good service and helpful staff. All metro by mobile stores say that they don't have any free phones but I visited this store and this store sales guy said the exact information and it matched with my 611 conversation and I am really happy that there are some few stores which are genuine.

I've been with Metro PCs for years now and i never thought i would find another service better than the one i was with but Metro PCs Has surprised me and I'm still here 👍🏾

Went to the Metro store and was waited on by a young lady who added a lot of add - ones to my phone bill that I didn't want. Trying to get more money from people 😭. I never had a problem with my service I been with Metro for years. I was shocked 😳 when my bill 💸 went from $76.00 a month to $156.00 a month.
