“Elijah is a great addition to the AT&T team. We had an issue after coming over to AT&T from Verizon that was more technical in nature. Unfortunately, AT&T has a policy where there were no authorized users can be added for a full month. That meant we were just supposed to Have an unresolved issue for that period of time unless the account holder became available. Elijah was gracious enough to handle the issue for us, give us feedback and insight on what the issue may be, and take time out of dealing with customers in the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice, and the store environment was clean, calm, welcoming.”

“Its a great store. The staff is really customer oriented and will help you if you're in a tight situation. They're really nice people. All you need to do is ask them and they'll find you some sort of discount. This store is just as good as verizon was to me for customer service years and years ago with my first cell phone and home phone bundle. But Verizon got too expensive for me...although they had great customer service too. I haven't seen the equivalent until the last few years I've been with boost. The store on 25th and Charles street I'd the absolute best store with the best customer service you could ask for in a phone service provider. If you are with metro pcs or t mobile, switch to boost.You won't regret it. They'll even help you with your bill if you can't get the cash together one month..they'll let it go and you'll be a month behind but you gotta tell them before you're service is cut off or their hands are tied. Its still corporate. But this is a small town feeling of a store because they really care about the customers and their satisfaction.”

“Sunday, I received detailed information regarding how to manage my broken charger port on phone. The phone Tech on duty checked my phone and noticed the Charger Port was damaged. Instead of trying to sell me a new phone since it would take 10 days for a new charger port to arrive. The attendant looked up my account, found I carried insurance on my phone, which I forgot about. Attendant wrote down the number for me to call to file a claim. Upon calling to make a claim I will now receive a new updated phone byTuesday. Excellent service rendered. ???”

Sales guy was very Professional, Welcoming, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Super Helpful...but WATCH the Sales Agents: They Are Very Good @ UPSelling here; you will walk away having spent WAY more $$ than you had intended esp the Accessories !?? With Agent's Diligence, Still managed to find a Budget-Friendly phone with everything my brother needs to game on it, etc. Did receive a Quality Experience & Quality Items too. “I came here too day looking to switch. They have really good deals on all their androids. I prefer iPhones, so I got an iPhone 11. It was under $250 for everything (including my service)!!! I got hbo max and unlimited internet! The girls there definitely know their stuff! They took their time to set up my email and got my hbo max working right away! My kids and I will enjoy watching movies all weekend. I’m one happy camper right now! Definitely recommend this place!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would lol”

“I love mobile lizard! I am very clumsy and have cracked my phone screen twice (even with a screen protector). They have great pricing (available on website, much cheaper than at Apple Store) and you can generally walk in. I would call just to check that they have your part in stock but I would have had to wait two days for an Apple Store appt and I was in within the hour here!”
