My spouse purchased a Pandora gold necklace with lab grown diamonds for me on 10/27/23. I don't care for it. I tried to return same necklace with receipt and original gift box in Washington, DC on 11/1/23. The manager at Pandora on M Street explained they could not accept my return because the necklace was purchased at a franchise and they were corporate. Called Pandora Customer Service. After 41 minutes, Customer Service told me I could return it at the Annapolis Mall Pandora. On 11/2/23 I tried to return necklace with receipt and original gift box only to be told by the Pandora Annapolis store manager that they did not have a diamond testing machine so they could not accept my return. The Attorney General's Office should look into this corporation. Pandora does NOT honor their return policy.

Pandora jewelry is TRASH!!! Yes, it's trendy and trending BUT between the fine lines they DON'T tell you that their jewelry "tarnish", if they give you any gifts fir purchasing items and you return any of the items from the order with the gift that you'll ONLY be refunded "partially". They don't refund shipping. They give you a free shipping "return label," BUT you have to pay for the packaging for the item/items to be shipped back in. The customer service representatives put you on mute when you ask for a supervisor. They only transfer the call to the supervisor IF you continue to hold for 10-15 minutes while they sit with you on mute running up their customer service talk time. Overpriced jewelry. Tarnished jewelry. Cheap jewelry box that break easier than their charms for their bracelets. Suggestive jewelry cleaner that doesn't work because the jewelry still tarnished. Trash customer service. Trash supervisor service. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY PURCHASING THEIR MERCHANDISE!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

Do not buy from this site, they are scammers. I ordered a bracelet with charm for 60 dollars. The amount was withdrawn and I did not receive my order. I wrote to them, but no one answered.

I am sorry I ever started doing business with this company! When my son died my friend's bought me a necklace with a charm that is a knot with a freshwater pearl. The knot signifies the bond my son and I have and the pearl is his birthstone. Two years later the casing of the pearl comes off. I contacted the company who advised me it's a discontinued item & all they'd do is give me a credit for the price of the charm and I'd have to return the original! REALLY?!!!!!!!????!!! Return an item that is the sentiment of the death of my child????!!!!!!!!! They wouldn't just replace the pearl, which they can get from their earring or pendant! What a crap,COLD HEARTED company!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING that has THEIR FRESHWATER PEARLS! They are garbage and defective!

I got a Mother’s Day gift early this year. My kid must love her mother. I was so excited to open up the box and see what was inside. It looks like they just threw it in the box with 50 papers and closed it. Appearance is everything and this is what it looked like. The bracelet of course was gorgeous but the packaging was ugly.

This is not a Pandora outlet Website. Although it is very convincing it does not conduct business like Pandora which I order from all the time. What caught my eye was the outlet part. I should have known it was too good to be true! The address referenced on the site is the Corporate office for Pandora not an actual store. I spoke with someone directly at that location to confirm this. Also I never received confirmation of my order and that's what prompted me to look into this. The email address for customer service seems suspect as well as I emailed them on the same day I ordered my items(charms)and they have yet to respond(5 days now). The amount I actually spent was not the amount they ran my card for. They are only checking to make sure the account info is good and after they see the random amount went through they start making charges using that card. This is what happened to me 5 days ago. I blocked the card so no transactions could be done(Chime option)on the card until I get my new one but, I received notifications someone was attempting to use the card but, it was declined. Of course now the card is no good but, they did get about $300.00 from me because of the 1st amount they ran and then the very next day they when they ran it.

I have not received any items that I ordered. It has been almost 3 weeks!!!! I tried emailing this company and no replies. I think this is a scam. I will be more careful when ordering Pandora online. I will be reporting this to the BBB!

worst customer service ever - teen daughter received a ring as a gift but it didn't fit - we went to exchange in person at galleria mall - ring was in original packaging, as well as original bag - manager examined ring with jewelry magnifying glass and determined it was brand new and never used - refused to exchange the ring because it has been over 30 days - i reminded her that we are in COVID times and the country has been shut down???? It did not matter to her and she refused to do a simple even exchange. Her name is Stephie and she said she was the manager of the store. Unbelievable and we will make sure to never use this store again or recommend this product.

Exceptional BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! I returned an item over a month ago and still have not gotten an exchange, refund, or call back. I have sat on hold for OVER 2 hr trying to get a person to help deal with this issue and it is still not resolved.

Hi my name is Leighton Robinson my order number is PND06884411I previously made a purchase online at pandora jewelry I received all the items which are bracelet charms total of fourteen charms in the amount of $848.91 my wife didn't like them so I take them to the pandora store in the capecod mall hyannis Massachusetts where the manager Anna took them and counted them we both took pictures then she told me she would shipped them off to the warehouse where they came from but after waiting for over three weeks and no refund I reach out to customers service and they told me that the items were never received I would like to hear from someone who is gonna give me some answers I went to the store to talk with the manager but she told me I need to reach out to the online store
