Incompetent staff. I walked in yesterday and no one was even working at the front of the branch. I had to stand and wait around for several minutes before someone showed up. I can't imagine that's good for bank security.I had an issue with a check and they assured me it would be fine to just process through the ATM. Well, just as I predicted, here I am the next day with a check that failed to process because they were too lazy to simply process it for me as I requested. Now I must wait an additional week before I can access my funds. Completely ridiculous. This inconvenience could have been avoided entirely had this staff cared to do their jobs.

Poor customer. I have a personal and business account with PNC and every time I come into this branch I feel like I’m inconveniencing them asking for services. Each interaction is met with attitude. Its an issue to get coins for my business. Tellers aren’t available during normal hours.

Apparently this branch "no longer carries any cash"-- which seems absurd for a bank, whose whole point is to carry cash?

As a new customer my first impression is about this brunch is awful.employee acts like why we come in here.no greeting,no smile and delay with the work.also there is oniy 1 cashier available and the rest not sure having break or what they just sitting there and play with the phone.

I'm going through the Mortgage loan process now and our mortgage officer is terrible. He is slow to respond and does not answer our questions. We may not make our closing date due to his negligence. I am happy with the interest rate but their customer service is TERRIBLE. If I had known their response rate would be this bad I would have gone with another bank - and even paid a higher interested rate.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to come in. Of course I arrive on time on appointment date and I’m told “we don’t have you in the system” I had the name of person I spoke with day I made appointment. Nothing. There wasn’t a single customer in the branch and yet I’m turned away and told “sir I’m not gonna argue with you”If you want a good experience, go to a good bank and skip this joke of an institution.

Worst customer service ever.... new to area and needed to open an account for my job to direct deposit my paycheck. Was told by the receptionist that I would have to wait 30 minutes because the only available person wouldn't be able to open an account because she would be going to lunch. There was literally no one in the bank getting any services. Baltimore has the worst policies I've ever seen! Wonder how they are able to stay up and running. 😤

This location is a few blocks up from my job. I rarely go into branches but this one in particular normally provides good service. I've never seen more than about two teller windows open but they are usually pleasant and efficient with my transaction, even the security guard greets you when you enter the building. I've used the ATM several time and have had no issues. Will continue to visit this branch when I need to.

So..I just moved to the MD area and needed to open a bank account. So before going to this branch - I called them to ask if they had all the services I needed. They answered Yes so i scheduled an appointment. I got to the bank branch and I get a accounts manager who (1) can not stop telling me that I did not schedule an appointment (even after I showed the confirmation email saying that I had), (2) went on to tell me that "if" i had scheduled an appointment she would have checked to make sure the services I was wanting (which they had claimed to have on the phone) they actually had. This went on till 4:30 pm (2hrs past when i got there) when she finally began the process to open a bank account...she ran into some system issues and then told me...oh sorry...our service is closed now so we cant help you open an account today...the manager at this point comes rushing in and start saying..oh yeah..its closing time but we will definitely help you tomorrow..and basically pushes us out of the door...so come back tomorrow...I was smart enough to ask them to call me if the issue was resolved before i came....i get the call on saturday and they t ell me..the issue is not resolved and CAN NOT be resolved till Monday...didnt hear back till Tuesday..called them and they told me...oh sorry....we though u wanted to do online banking and didnt want to open account anymore...she went on about the original appointment inconvenience...indicating "my kind" didnt respect other people and kept emphasizing what a "huge inconvenience" helping me was....when I pointed this out to her that I did not appreciate this..she started telling me what I had no right to discriminate against her and so on...i was too shocked....asked to talk to her manager..she refused...excused myself and never went back! This branch staff should be replaced...PNC is a good bank..the staff here does not represent this

I have been at this branch since I have moved to the Mt. Vernon area. I am really surprised at the other reviews. I am always greeted pleasantly, my questions are always answered, and the manager is awesome to where I have considered get more of there services at this particular branch

Horrible wait time.......and it wasn't not busy.....seating here for over 45 mins. Just wanted to open a checking account. I never come back with the LACK OF WILLING TO HELP. The convenience the location makes me want to take business some where else.

Honestly, me and my wife went to this bank more than 6 times but the service has always been horrible. They don't take time to listen and they are very unprofessional. I don't usually put reviews online but this bank takes you to the extreme level I swear. The staff is poor I'm sure many people feel the way me and wife feel. We had to take Uber twice to go there today but they weren't even able to give you the information you need plus you end up leaving without your card which get stuck in the ATM machine.
