Those bad reviews are outdated. Customer service here has been exceptional. There’s always a warm welcome. I appreciate the friendliness. Everyone is always extremely helpful. If only it had a drive thru which is only caveat.

They didn't have tellers, so certain banking functions you could not do. You basically had to use the a t m for everything, and I didn't like that because the a t m was on the outside, and I feel like you could easily get robbed. I was scared the entire time I was using the a t m.

I have been at this branch since I have moved to the Mt. Vernon area. I am really surprised at the other reviews. I am always greeted pleasantly, my questions are always answered, and the manager is awesome to where I have considered get more of there services at this particular branch
