This bank is terrible every time I come here 1st need to make appointment for open account short of staff and 2nd time wire money u gottta come back bc short of staff again this is the worst location ever they don’t even deserve a star

This is by far thee worst bank ever! I recommend somewhere else! Anywhere else but here! My acct is closed and I have resorted to CHIME and CHASE. Good luck

PNC is an excellent bank, but this location can be dicey, the crowds and wait time can be extremely long there never seems to be enough tellers working especially during peak times leading to member frustration which has led to heated exchanges. Process improvement would be to increase teller presence during these times.
