My service was quick. My advisor was professional and made sure that my vehicle received proper care of service. I been bringing my vehicles here for over 15 years now with no complaints from me. Jay Stewart is by far the best service advisor ever. I've been going to Koons for more than 9 years and I have not been disappointed. I wish it wasn't so pricey but I give it 5 stars because of Jay. He is friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease when you have to put your vehicle in the hands of the people at Koons.

Kooks Ford of Baltimore is my place to go to for my Ford.I didn't have the best of times my first time but when I met Jay, I was able to rest assure that my car and my money was well taking care of. People always say don’t trust the dealership and this place proves. The absolute worst service i received. Apart from taking your only means of transportation for whatever day they feel like (fixing) your vehicle, they offer no means to helping you with an alternative. No communication unless you call them a million times to get an update. Let me not even state the bill today the end. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Jay’s, repair advisor at Koons Ford Baltimore, services is always A1. Great communicator and is attentive to the customers needs. While he does not perform the maintenance work himself, he does his part ensuring that questions I have get answers and issues are resolved.

Almost three months in the shop on a new Bronco purchased from Koons and my truck was returned to me with door dings, had to repaint the whole door (and it shows). The dash came out several times and they scratched the heck out of it. They don’t care at all, service was horrible, I would not buy a car here and I certainly wouldn’t trust them with your vehicle if you want it back in the condition you left it. RUN while you can.

It was a refreshing departure from my past encounters with car dealerships.In the past, my experiences getting work done at car dealerships have often been lengthy, dreary, and unclean. However, at your dealership, I found the communication to be exceptional, the premises clean, and the staff respectful of my time.Special mention goes to Justin, who immediately informed me that there would be a slight wait for the service I required. He kindly offered to arrange an Uber ride for me if I preferred not to wait. I appreciated his clear communication throughout the entire process, as well as his reasonable approach to suggesting additional work without being overly pushy.Based on this positive experience, I can envision myself returning to your dealership for all my future car needs, provided the pricing remains reasonable. My car kept slowing down right in the middle of traffic. So, I took it to Koons on Security to have it checked out. I had to leave my car for 1 day overnight. Lyft service was called for me to take me home and to pick me up on the next day because my vehicle was serviced to the fullest even the recalls were taken care of. The rep communicated with me everything that needed to be done. My car was ready for the road the next day. Thanks to Jay and the mechanics that serviced my car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

This was a completely disorganized experience. I brought my car in for a recall and got a loaner car while it was being worked on. I called a few days later to check in and they had no record of my name or any other information. I had to give them my VIN number for them to be able to find my car in their system. Then they had the car for another week before it was ready. Otherwise they were very nice.

I brought my 2019 f150 in for the notorious cam phasers issue. From the day I contacted Koons to the day I picked my truck up was only about 1.5 weeks total time. Over the past couple years I’ve heard that this fix would take a couple weeks at best. Needless to say I was very happy with the service and they used the updated parts. Hopefully it’s a solid fix and can continue to enjoy my trying for many more miles to come.

I will never go anywhere else. My car had to be towed to the shop. Once it was there I received a call letting me know it is in their possession as well as a timeline for it to get checked out. I worked with Jay who sent me several texts and calls to keep me informed throughout the whole process. He was very professional and patient with all of my questions and his explanations of what was needed.The repairs were quick and reasonable. I want to start this off by giving Curtis and Prema a big thank you. These two are the best they made sure my recall on my brake line was done in a timely fashion and made sure I got back and forth to work till my car was done i give them 5 stars. On another hand their service manger Timothy is garbage he wanted to keep my car a whole week without a way to get back and forth to work didn't want to give me a loaner nor a rental.
