REEDS Jewelers provides superb and amazing customer service. The staff offers great, personable, and helpful assistance with purchases, including finding the perfect jewelry or watch. Associates help with rings being sized, cleaned, or made, and provide excellent recommendations. Customers receive refreshments, such as a glass of wine, while shopping. The team demonstrates great energy and does everything possible on the customer's behalf, even staying past closing hours to ensure a positive experience. The service results in a 10/10 experience that customers highly recommend.
