The maintenance team is very prompt. Especially Will has helped me out a bunch. The leasing office is quite helpful as well, Janice is very friendly. Building is old but the efficiency of the maintenance team quite makes up for most of it. Lifts alone are still an issue cause there’s a never a time when all of them work.
