GHETTO. I got what I needed, it was just unprofessional.
There weren't any clear signs of where to enter. There is some parking once you get in. It is clean and organized. There also weren't any clear signs of where to be serviced. So i choose the wrong lane and was ignored by 2 employees. Its sad I had eye contact with these 2 employees š who did not greet me give assistance or where to be serviced nor let the working cashier know I was waiting. Being honest the cashier was helping a customer. Also another customer with a known issue came in and they started talking.Once the cashier noticed me she greeted me well but choose to continue enjoying her time at work versus taking care of the customer before her. It took to long to jus buy a bundle of boxes. Smh

I have spent many years with U-Haul as a customer and it is my favorite company for vehicle rental and storage services because of their wonderful treatment and special prices. But what happens when some partners try to break the rules and exploit the customer will not last with those with experience. This review is directed only to the owner Or the employee on duty

They gave me a truck with the check engine light I went back in to tell the lady and she tried to tell me it was the tire pressure lol transmission on this truck is trash couldnāt go but so fast she kept being sarcastic told me there mechanics gonna tell me the same thing well Iām a mechanic and everybody knows a tire pressure light and check engine is very much different poor customer service

I was supposed to pick up my reservation at 8am with the 24/7 pickup. However. Upon arrival and checking in, I got a message that there was not a vehicle assigned to my reservation and that I needed to call. When I called, after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, it was confirmed that a truck was not assigned to my reservation. The phone representative assigned a truck and told me that since a truck wasn't assigned, the keys were not left out for 24/7 pick up and that I would have to wait until 9am for thr location to open to obtain the keys. Once the store opened, the counter associated proceeded to tell me that it was MY FAULT for the error because I was late picking up the vehicle. I explained that I was not late and instead had to wait on hold for customer service because a truck wasn't assigned to my reservation and then had to wait for the store to open because there were no keys left in the lockbox. He insisted that it was my fault for being late. His attitude was atrocious. He didn't so much as apologize for the inconvenience. By the time I was able to get the truck, it was an hour and a half after my reservation time and an hour and a half of my movers sitting around unable to do anything. I had to pay them for their time sitting around thanks to Uhaul. In addition, despite putting gas in the truck, I was charged a fuel surcharge!!! Avoid this location and Uhaul as a whole!!!

I dropped my uhaul off on Wednesday morning, however it wasnāt checked in until Friday causing me to be charged for 2 additional days of rental and insurance. I called and they informed me that they would make the correction and issue a refund, however that never happened.

Did not have good light source in the unit they looked like oval caves. The site was convenient but not budget friendly if you need it for more than a few months. There will be a $30 fee and overlock on your unit if your late 1 week late. Half the units near here I was had a redlock when I was moving out. No refunds even if you move out early.

Although there were a lot of people here and I arrived during store open hours, I went into the store twice to let them know that I was returning a trailer. No one helped. No one outside either, to help with returning equipment. I waited 20 minutes. I ended up using the UHaul app for self return even if there were many people at the location

In the past I received good service. People seemed committed to helping the customer. Iām not sure what happened! The staff canāt even be bothered to great you with a simple hello! This place really has gone downhill. I drove across the city to come hereā¦not anymore! Here nowā¦still waiting for someone to come out to refill my propane tank.

A freaking nightmare. Most of my belongings was destroyed by a rat infestation. I called numerous times since last week and spoke to āImaniā who stated there was no manager on duty and she would pass my information on to manager. When I asked for the regional manager or VP she stated that she didnāt know who they were, lol. How you got a job but donāt know who you work for? Called Again today and she said that she would give me an email address so that I can mail my pictures to a manger then she suddenly changed her mind. So now she is playing with me like I am a child messing with my valuable time and hindering my efforts to get this issue resolved. Not only that, a guy gets on the phone and I remembered his voice because he was the junkie that Ralph sent to my unit to document that there was no food in my unit. The guy could not even hold his upper body up he was so bent on drugs. He had the nerve to hang up on me when I asked for the email address and for a manger to call me. Instead of hanging up on a customer you should hang up your drug habit and check into rehab. I filed an official complaint today and I filed an insurance claim. Now letās see how long it takes for these clowns in this store to get their act together. I tried to let the store handle this matter but with such incompetent employees, Corporate really needs step in and resolve this issue with their customer service and rat infestation. I will update this review accordingly in a few days.
***18 Hour update*** Someone keeps deleting the photos that I posted of the rat damage. I will update this post to accurately reflect the conditions that are inside of their climate controlled $150 + storage.

OMG I am LIVID !! I began a storage rental contract at this location on February 1 2024. Even though it was intended to be short term unfortunately due to illness I paid reoccurring charges of $103 for the smaller unit. We even went there to add a few things. Never noticed a problem because trust me if I knew what I discovered today (July 5) I would have never used this place and or would have ended the contract. MICE actually came running out the unit when he opened it. He had to open the already chewed up Home Depot storage boxes and shake them out. I am truly pissed. All of the linen towels blankets sheets etc destroyed. They even chewed up the cloth storage shelf bins a towel rack. They even chewed up papers. Mouse droppings in every container. We threw away a lot before bringing anything in the house and that was pots pans dishes. I opened a box of linens and a mouse jumped out from a towel he had chewed up. This is totally devastating and unhealthy for me as I have numerous medical issues. I had to throw away so much I couldnāt believe it. Hell they should have been the ones paying that $103 a month. A total waste of my senior citizen salary. Unbelievable!! They chewed up a laundry basket several pillows were chewed up and stained. Ate a dog Carrier I had just purchased shortly before I stored these items. To open a box and see mice droppings and a actual mouse OMG. They ate up toiletries and this is hilarious ⦠they ate condoms. There were too many mice and extensive damage for them not to know they have this problem. How can you charge someone to lose their belongings in a mice /could be rat infested facility. This is terrible I lost a lot. Even though we made sure what we did keep was mice free. Iām still looking and Praying that I didnāt miss anything. This is definitely a place you want avoid I am still amazed at the outcome of my storage rental. Iām glad that I didnāt have to store clothes coats etc Thank God I didnāt need a two three room
/house size space. Iād probably be throwing beds and sofas away. It makes me wonder if they hiding in the trucks and vans. I would be paranoid as an employee too. Never know what little friends you leaving with. Itās that infested Never Again Uhaul Never Again.

I had received one of the worst customer service at this place. The attitude was over the roof on top of that. The lady was working at the counter. Refused to print my receipt. I'm not sure what kind of scam she was trying to run but I wasn't having it. Just be aware if you go to this place. Keep your eyes open.
