Hello with positive energies. My daughter and I rented a U Haul truck and our experience was overall great. With the initial call for the rental, there was tension that was unprofessional and once we arrived, the young lady gave little eye contact and not smiling. Her professionalism was with the process itself and not customer engagement. However, during the process, I managed to make her smile a little. Upon returning the truck, the next day, the gentleman who inspected the truck, greeted us, kept a smile on his face, very nice and professional. I do not see an area to give him a personal rating but he gets a 5 star. I believe his name is "Ken". My apologies if that's not the correct name, but I ask that a 5 star rating be given to the person working who inspected the rental truck for us Thank you and enjoy the positive energies in your day.

This is the second time in 2 weeks we needed to rent a 26ft uhaul to help us move 2 hrs away (with a very strict time schedule) and both times was told different things regarding our pick up AFTER arriving to get it.First time- wasn’t allowed to leave car and come back causing a huge delay- when we were already incredibly stressed.Second time wasn’t allowed to have my credit card that was on file in my name used since my HUSBAND who was driving it picked it up they told him the card had to be in his name since he was the driver?? This wasn’t a problem last week and AGAIN caused hours of delay! ALL of this would have been absolutely fine if it had been told to me PRIOR to pick up. Moving is one of the most stressful situations families at times have to endure- and for this to be added on top of it all was not acceptable to me. When I spoke to the girl at this facility she was very rude continuously not listening to my concerns and telling me I could go elsewhere. That was icing on the stressful cake. I explained I was not upset with her multiple times but it was not ok we weren’t made aware of there things prior and she made very clear she did not care at all and that I could just go somewhere else with my rental. I’m very disappointed in U-Haul’s communication and customer service.* added that I had to immediately call road side assistance for the ramp to be fixed once we got to our location to fill it (would not close) which took hours but luckily the road side assistance was very nice and we hadn’t filled the truck yet but could still work on that while they fixed it. Then none of the USB charging ports worked- that not terrible and wouldn’t even mention if it weren’t for all of the above.

Thieves. They stole my $50 USB-C double port car charger. I called and asked them about it. They said they dont have anything to do about it. Even if I owe a balance, doesnt give you a right to steal from me. Also their truck transmission was slipping. They gave me a truck with bad oil. It was due an oil change. And the truck was SUPER BOUNCY when you hit a small bump on the road.

The gas tank was almost empty, which was a considerable inconvenience. That said, the lady who helped me was welcoming.

Went in on a Saturday to rent a truck lady help me she was very good at her job they should give her a big raise a good experience cuz I've had bad experiences here at this U-Haul in the past but since they remodeled and I guess got new management everything has been good

My personal experience here was great, the worst part for me was just that the customer ahead of me had 1000 questions so it took me longer to get out the door.Never rented a truck, didn't have a reservation and the lady informed me of their policies. I took a smaller truck than I wanted because I didn't have a reservation. So I'd suggest a reservation.Truck was good for an old used moving truck, got all of my stuff from point a to pont b. And returning the truck was just as easy.

1) have fully functional trucks/vans available… I swapped 3x vans with warning lights including the one I drove!2) improve customer service by 100% they were slower knowing I was in a rush, and I arrived early having booked online!3) I felt unsafe driving the van due to its warning lights and tire pressure gauge that apparently just needed resetting. It’s not ok to inflict a feeling of insecurity by providing poor products and services.

The lady that handles reservations at this location has a condescending, passive aggressive attitude. I understand why you didn’t want to rent to me yesterday. However, I was an hour early today and you’re upset that I came early for my reservation?!? Where they do that at???That smirk of yours said it all…… I can’t trust anyone who has that type of look, no matter who they are. Custom service isn’t your type of field and if you don’t like your job then quit.

This company has gotten worse and worse by the minute. As more time goes by, they will be non-existent, and hopefully, nobody will remember the bad memories and be a little richer. I've used their moving company affiliated with them called "movinghelp". There is nowhere to see credible reviews or post yours. Nobody answers call or address disputes. Uhaul claims that they are an independent contractor, so you are on your own if they completely trash your home. My newly renovated home with wood floors was scratched up so badly that everything I come home I am filled with rage. Nobody put down any kind of protectors, and the guys were deff or partially deff and could not hear you pleading with them to be carefully with the walls. Ever since, I have been trying to resolve the issue with my damaged property and still have received nothing. Shame on U-haul for using them. Do I have to dig into my own pockets for thousands to fix my home these people caused? Please advise.

My experience with the UHAUL branch on Washington Blvd, in Baltimore was superb. From the online reservation process to signing the contract in the branch, to return of the rental - ALL representatives were friendly and helpful; each person I came in contact with answered my questions with patience and honesty and genuine 'care'. I can't say enough about the people at this place. Maybe it's my own bias, but I generally do not expect great service in local businesses anymore, especially in large cities. But these women were unbelievable. They were very busy, lots of issues to be resolved, i was in a hurry because i had to be somewhere at 5pm, had lots of questions yet they were VERY polite, very professional. I even had to call back from another dealer at the drop of location in another state because I had a problem. A different woman took the call, but she helped me resolve it. I am so impressed.

Check engine light was on, the service tire sensor came on while driving. There was another light on the dash but I had no idea what that light ment.the truck was stalling and jerking and I'm guessing that's because the check engine light was on. The manager is a little rude if you ask me. They are understaffed and unorganized. I waited in line for 30 mins with just 1 person ahead of me. Then someone else came in and just got in front of me because he was already being helped but left the facility. That was rude and unprofessional on uhauls behalf. I was not told that i could have gotten a free month storage with my truck rental u til after i returned the truck and was about to leave, so they dont communicate very well. I will not come back to this location

Excellent customer service, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish I knew everyone’s name but I want to especially thank Mr. Williams, and thank the gentleman outside who helps with installing/uninstalling the equipment. Really good people, and I appreciate them.
