I've always had a pleasant experience at this store. Very close to my home, convenient parking and the owner, Mr. YANG has always been very respectful and kind.

Very poor customer service. I was trying to locate my missing order and there was barely any empathy nor help in retrieving the order. I was asked to leave the store as they were about to close. I would give zero stars if I could

The bad reviews are an average experience in this store. Mr. Yang is a nightmare to deal with, everyone in here will charge for anything and everything, and your packages WILL go missing. Go to ANY other UPS store if you value your sanity, your wallet, or your packages.
EDIT: Replying to the response below, how am I supposed to let you know about my experience you say you're interested in if you fail to provide an email, website, phone number to do so? I think based on the multitude of reviews here it's safe to say this place is in business for it's location alone. I happily go to FedEx or USPS now. It doesn't seem like any improvement will come about, it's all lip service.

Horrible customer service from the minute I walked in the door. No greeting- not even how can I help you? Once I said hello, how are you- all she asked was what do you need? Three other customers came in and were not greeted nor acknowledged.
I asked her the cost of printing 4 pages front and back in black and white ink and she told me 50 Cent per page. And then rung up an $8 order. Saying there was a computer charge fee. 1. I frequent UPS very often and I’ve never had this “fee” and 2. Even if there is an additional charge, it was not included in her breakdown of telling me the price in advance
When I said something about the price not being what she told me she took the papers and threw them in the trash. I asked for her name and she told me it was Jennifer so hopefully that is right, but she is a short African American lady with locks. Will never return if I see her

This location is convenient if you have business downtown. Also, the employees are always friendly. The issue I have is the amount of time it takes to process an Amazon return. That's my money waiting to come back to me. At times, there are boxes upon boxes stacked on top of each other in the corner waiting to be picked up. Last summer, it took more than a month for a pair of shoes to be returned to Amazon. This is unacceptable and needs to be looked into. I'm going back to the nearby Whole Foods or UPS store in the county where my refund is issued in just a few hours.

Never leave reviews, but the person who helped me out this morning was so great. I asked him about parking and he walked me outside to show me where the best parking spot was. Just super kind and helpful.

Major shoutout to Jennifer for her help in getting my résumés printed. I've also had good luck with this store in the past with getting into a new apartment when I first moved to the area. It's an inner-city location, so it'll have its issues. But I've gotten nothing but excellent service.

$6 just to have them print out your label and entered as misc fee which makes me feel like it’s not valid and just them being greedy

Very rude representative hung up on me and demanded I’m not asked him any more questions. I had a package dropped off and they did not scan in correctly and on my end it looks like it was never dropped off. 0/10 would not recommend especially if your a small business.

First and only time using this location. I had a package delivered to this location ( instead of my usual UPS location). I showed the person at the desk my ID, the tracking number, the delivery confirmation, everything I had. Without even physically looking for the package, the associate told me that it wasn't there. And that the package was addressed to someone else. Very rude the entire time. And again, all this time, he never once looked for the package physically. But was just looking at his screen. Finally, another employee, who actually seemed to be somewhat listening to me, went back and looked for the package. And found it right away. And surprise of all surprises, as I had said, my name and address were on the package.
No acknowledgement that they were wrong, nothing. Just handed me the package. I was thinking of switching to this location as my default, because it's so close to work and conveniently located. But the terrible customer service is unacceptable.

It's fairly full service.. You can park in the section right behind it. So you have 20 minutes there. Well, just directly in the little truck loading thing. The stuff isn't absorbently helpful, but they're also not unhelpful. It's kind of like medium of the road. Sees, you get and manager is not overly? Can't just help you either, but did you have a notary? They do u p s stuff and you have p o boxes soap and you can print, so it's all good
