Stood in line for 10 minutes. Told them I was here to apply to a passport and the lady cut me off telling me to make an appointment. When I told her I had one she said to come back tomorrow because no one was here to do it. Wasted my time and money.

A mail driver from this location stealing mail almost daily and take it to his apartment on Garrison IVE REPORTED HIM AND NOTHING BEEN DONE. HE BRINGS HIS WORK VEHICLE TO HIS HOUSE AND HAVE THE BAG AND MAIL TOTES AND TAKE IT TO HIS RESIDENCE on Garrison . Vehicle number 0336005 black male !!! No wonder y people aren’t getting their mail or packages. Postal workers need to be that of great moral character.

Staff is always polite and helpful. I think they are understaffed. It is usually only one person working so the lines can be long.

I was at the post office today because the package i was supposed to receive it never did. Ms.Justice White did above and beyond to give me updates of the package. Thank you for your kindness and your help i was able to get refund. All the staff that work at this location when i was there they are friendly easy to communicate with. Thank you all!!!

The people who work at the front desk are the worst. They are complete liars and I will continue to report them to their corporate office. They have intentionally blocked my family from getting our passports. It makes no sense whatsoever that we physically have to drive to the COUNTY! To get this done. But the issues needs to get corrected cause the fact that multiple people are saying not to go here is ridiculous.

The postman assigned to my area deliberately refused to deliver mail after having a disagreement with one of the tenants. No one delivered mail for about two months.I just recently started receiving my mail again after visiting the post office inquiring about my mail not being delivered. Disappointing.

Why are you locking the doors before 2pm? Then the young lady behind the desk watched me at the door the whole time. Do better. Just inconsiderate and unprofessional.

This is the worst post office I have ever encountered. I have been waiting since December to receive a Christmas card from a loved one, which included a form of currency. It has yet to arrive. I've tried calling the Dolfield office for days to report this issue, but I cannot get anyone on the phone. I even reached out to a different postal office in another area, but to my frustration, the representative was unhelpful and indifferent to the possibility that there may be a thief on their staff. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

I arrived at this location, trying to get a Book of Stamps , which they had none which I thought was strange. ,besides that The front door the front door was board up and homeless people loitering inside and out. And the outside besides the broken glass on the front door, needs maintenance. The grass and shrubbery is is climbing up the building and taking over the sidewalk

Damn can a Post Office be THIS bad based on these crazy reviews for real?! Im definitely gonna find out because it's the closest one to me now where I live so when my ebay boxes are dropped off today wish me some luck i suppose?! SMH ??♂️
