Never open and/or operable. Tried 4 times to come in for a passport appointment and each time my appointment was cancelled because the person who does passports wasn't in. When I asked why no one called to tell me, they said their phones were down. Another time I came in on a Saturday to mail a package because no other post offices in the area were open and their system was down. Each time, no one apologized.

The location says that full service opens at 9:00am, but myself and a long line of other customers are waiting in a line at 9:15 am and the lobby is closed and doors locked. In the background we can hear loud music playing just behind the door and a large group of employees laughing, talking and joking. This is highly disappointing. There is no regard for their customer’s time, or empathy for their experience. When we knock on the doors no one answers and may not even be able to hear us because of their loud music. If the door says 9:00am then they should be open for business at 9:00am. This has been a pattern at this facility, it is not a one time occurrence. No matter how many times you complain, or speak with the manager, the behavior doesn’t change.

Might as well consider this office closed permanently, frankly. Every time you go it either opens late, closes early, or is just plain closed - and there's no way to really easily verify if it's open before wasting your time going there. Just go somewhere else. What a waste of time. Don't believe the hours you see anywhere, it is most likely closed.

If I could choose 0 stars I would thanks to Sharmira. I volunteer for a nonprofit and we have a PO Box here, I drove an hour and realized I did not have my key. I had my account information, my ID, the PO Box agreement (online says I can access my box by going to the front desk and I’ve done it before with this info) and she looked at me rudely and said “I don’t know you” and I explained again that I had done this before and she just kept repeating “I don’t know you” ??? and then would not let me access my PO Box. Rude, unhelpful, and offensive that’s the only customer service you will get out of this location, every single time.

This PO is not open according to posted hours nor is there updated temporary signage. And when they are open, it is staffed by one person with a line out the door. Save yourself the hassle and drive to a PO further away you will save time and frustration

Never come here. TRASH. Always opens late. And for some reason there isn't a mail drop off box. Thankfully employees are decent. Operations is horrible.

There's always something wrong here. I've never needed a post office and been able to do what I need to do at this location. Today it's their computers.

Not the best location but not the worst. Employees are kind but sometimes super rude. I get it you deal with rude people but when you have a bad day don’t take it out on those who come after the horrible people.

Frequently closed during normal hours with just a note pinned to the door saying “window closed.” When the window is open, beware. The staff can be quite prickly/downright rude.
