Had a passport appointment scheduled just to find out when I arrive that the employees who handle the passports cancelled my appointment so they could leave early. The receptionist specifically told me to reschedule at a different location because they do this all the time.

Pretty shocking how bad this location is, I usually avoid it and go anywhere else but thought maybe it had changed. Only customer in the store and the postal clerk (a woman) behind the counter was fast asleep? Was dismissive and rude when she actually woke up.

Stole a package “out for delivery” on then changed to DELIVERED left with individual. Lies. Will file a report and I have camera footage
