I was waiting for my package on today the 20th of January. I checked my tracking and it stated hold at post office per customer bunch of lies. I was home the whole time and they delivered mail today. I though that Post office was closed down !

DO NOT MAKE PASSPORT HERE! made an appointment for passports for my family. We confirmed the day before SINCE WE HAD ALREADY GOTTEN 2 CANCELLATIONS. I drive with my whole family, and the lady behind the counter says all appointments are cancelled. They didn't call or email. Just cancelled. Why? Because the passport person wasn't in the mood of coming. RIDICULOUS! someone needed the bathroom. Sorry no customer bathroom. So rude and disrespectful. This place needs to reevaluate

I’m not usually one to write reviews but this place is just beyond. We had an appointment for a new passport and when we arrived there was only one worker there and she said the system was down and all appointments were canceled. We didn’t receive any notification of this cancellation and had to leave. Very inconsiderate! If you can go to a different location, I recommend it!

The workers themselves are great, but the hours are poor, the quality of the website/phone service is poor, and the service quality is poor. The place is presumably understaffed because there are days when they unexpectedly close "for lunch" at 2 or 3pm because there's only one worker on-site and they're swamped with overflow.

You know ? Some of the workers in this place shouldn’t even be working there . Rude behavior, doing things there way and not by the rules of the post office, such , don’t want to take cash , it’s just an all around bad place to do business at . But it’s the closest post office to me . I have but 1 more order of business to attend to dealing with this place and after that . I pray I never need anymore stamps or money orders . And if we go into a shutdown in November??????? Those attitudes are going to magnify 100 times fold . SMH .

Truly THE WORST post office I've been to in a long time. One person working. 2nd person said he was coming out and never showed up to help at the counter. Woman took over 30 minutes to process a passport despite the people having everything ready and done. She clearly didn't know what she was doing and the couple were elderly and she kept speaking softly so they couldn't hear her. She was rude to everyone that asked a question or needed help. Manager only came out when one woman started shouting for more assistance please. She was slightly better than the incompetent woman already there. Truly a.lousy lost office that should be closed or everyone fired.

I came to the office this noon, the line was very long, like 10+ people waiting in line, but no employees were working behind window. When they did come out after 10 mins, they did everything in a rush and did not have the patience to answer any questions.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Mt. Washington Post Office, and I must say, my experience was truly top-notch. The staff was not only friendly but also easy on the eyes, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. However, it was Brianna's exceptional service that truly stood out. Her attention to detail, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit truly memorable. I highly commend the Mt. Washington Post Office for providing excellent service and having such a remarkable team, with Brianna leading the way. Keep up the fantastic work!

I have never had an issue with this post office unti recently. They open at 9 am, yet they don't come to the window until 9:25 am. No apology, no rationale, no updates on the delay. When I mentioned, "it would be nice if you communicate to your patrons waiting in the hall that you are experiencing a delay," they look at you like a deer in headlights. Professionalism? Don't worry, hire me. I can train your staff on how to be professional and give you the training that your Momma didn’t!!

I tried to resolve an issue immediately after it happened, and over multiple days with poor service and refusal to help. Multiple days in a row, I was placed on hold for 25 minutes, ad well as having to stand back in line for 20 minutes to refuse to acknowledge the claim, even with a time stamped debit card purchase. Poor management and poor customer service. I have reported it to the US GOVERNMENT’s office for fraud and poor representation of the office.

Stolen/mis delivered packages and mail. Two packages went missing this weekend after it was scanned as “delivered to mailbox.” I have the Route App so it notified me right when it was “delivered.”Go to check and mailbox is empty and no packages in sight. Called Monday AM. Completely useless responses. “Well it says delivered.” “She said she delivered it.” “Does someone else have a key??” “We’ve done all we could.”Nope. I suspect internal mail theft or mis delivery…the WORST.
