They gave me space, tools, and materials and walked me through the repair. They caught an issue with my aluminum fork and offered a carbon fiber fork for very little. Baltimore needs more places like them.

Awesome and kind staff! I tried watching youtube videos to fix my bike but ended up coming here and was helped by Scott. He helped me to fix the stem height, tighten the breaks, and a few other screws that were out of place. Taught me a few things here and there as well.
