Walgreens has seen positive changes with new staff in both the store and pharmacy, leading to a more welcoming and professional environment. The store is often neat and clean, offering great deals on a variety of products beyond first aid and health items. The pharmacy staff, especially a dedicated manager who has since transferred, and a helpful pharmacy boss lady, are highly praised for their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. Their acts of kindness have significantly improved the store’s reputation and customer experience. Inside the store, the drive-through clinic generally provides easy and efficient service, although wait times can increase when lines are long. However, some visits have been marred by unprofessional behavior, such as managers and associates standing and talking loudly in aisles, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite this, staff are overall courteous, friendly, and helpful. Onsite parking is ample, making visits convenient. Overall, Walgreens is improving and offers a good shopping experience with friendly staff and clean surroundings.
Although the line had 4 people ahead of me with multiple prescriptions, I was able to get out of the store within 20-25 minutes.

The pharmacy tech should quit. Too rude, way too much attitude that explains why she’s a tech. Sick people need caring people not rude ones. She should be terminated.
