“This is my first time using Belair Pharmacy and right now I am happy I transferred my prescriptions from CVS. They didn’t have my meds in stock but it didn’t take over a week or more to get them in, whereas CVS still don’t have them according to them it’s on back order. Great staff they’re nice, friendly, and the environment is like a breath of fresh air. There was no line and they have delivery for all my meds not just some. I would definitely pass on the recommendation because someone recommended them to me. Can’t go past 5 stars but I give them 10 stars. Have a blessed day everyone”

“This is my favorite market. I go to you all the time and my grandma is a member so we get a discount. They always have fresh fruit fresh food always in and out they even have their own self check out. You can’t beat it. I go in there regularly to get what I need and it’s never too crowded, but it is busy and we do have staff in the regular checkout lines not too many but they are like a good four or five and the lines are not that much longer if you do choose the stand in them.”

“If you’re not getting your prescriptions filled at Ritchie Pharmacy, you’re using the wrong pharmacy! I’ve always preferred the service at smaller, independently owned pharmacies instead of the chains and box stores… those places seem to be impersonal, have a MUCH longer wait time, and the employees seem unhappy. Even out of the smaller independent pharmacies I’ve used over the years, Ritchie Rx is THE BEST! They’re always courteous and friendly when I call or stop in, my scripts are taken care of super fast (even new ones), and they deliver reliably to my job nearby. Even though I’ve moved out of that immediate area, I refuse to change to a place closer to home. Great people and great service!”

The produce section is definitely a highlight for me since everything looks bright and fresh, and they have a great variety of fruits and vegetables to choose from. “I am a patient at University of Md which is where my Primary Doctor is and where I usually get all my prescriptions filled. I am also a Medstar patient. I recently found out that I couldn’t get my Medstar prescriptions filled at the U of Md pharmacy. I also used another pharmacy in the past. However they do not take my rx plan. SO !!! I remembered my neighbor told me about Citi Care ..I Love it. The Medical Professionalism is ALL THAT !! . Pleasant and informative. I love the fact that when my doc sends them over and I get a text letting me know they are ready before I get there. I can have all my prescriptions sent to the same place and not to mention should I not be able to get there. They deliver. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech make you feel cared for. Taking the time to explain everything in detail is amazingly important. You don’t feel rushed and the Pharmacist actually looks up and speaks! Citi Care is a couple of blocks from my house. Citi Care is now my neighborhood pharmacy. Thank you for your outstanding patient/client service!”

“Just picked up a medication here for the first time and now plan to change all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. CVS was out of my meds so I called Gardenville yesterday, easily spoke to the pharmacist he confirmed they could get what I needed and it was ready the next day. I got a friendly phone call and a text to let me know my pills were ready. When I came in today, I assumed they would need my insurance information, but they had somehow already found it all simply handed me the pills and that was it. Next time I will try out the drive-through window to make this already easy process even easier. So happy to have this friendly local own business nearby looking forward to giving them more business in the future.”

“I had to go there for prescriptions I got today, because the pharmacy in the Patient First building was closed. At first we went to the wrong Weis, which didn't have a pharmacy, but we eventually found our way to the right one. The pharmacist was very helpful. My insurance didn't cover my inhaler, but she found a coupon which brought the price way down so I was able to afford the out of pocket price.”
