Terrible customer service. Always an issue when picking up medication or calling if you’re lucky enough to get someone on the phone. Pharmacist stopping filling script from same doctor after I have been filling here for months. The excuse was the doctor was 30 miles away. I’ve been going to the same doctor in Maryland for years and don’t plan on switching doctors just because he’s far. Stay away from this pharmacy. Not even good for a last resort.

The pharmacy at this location consistently demonstrates poor service. They rarely answer the phone, and the wait times are consistently unpredictable, unprofessional, and excessive. The drive-thru service, when available, is slow, and the in-store experience is often even worse. Medications are frequently not ready on time, and while most of the staff are courteous, they often provide unclear or evasive responses. Additionally, the pharmacy’s operating hours are unreliable, with frequent delays in opening and closing times. Other than that the rest of the store is okay.

I hate this pharmacy so much. It lacks everything customer service, time management lack of empathy. Weather I'm in the drive through wasting gas or inside waiting. This pharmacy is the worst. If Penn north was still open I'd go their before here and that speaks volumes. One time I sat and dam near a whole movie waited in line and then on the medicine. I'm changing immediately

Very concerned, because I received a confirmation of a purchase made in Baltimore City when I am in another state. Purchase over $100.
On a separate occasion, in Ann Arundel County, when I submitted an online order, I received an incomplete order upon picking up due to them being out of stock. I was promised that it would fall off, and it didn't. Has anyone else had the same experiences?😬😶🤔

(UPDATE) They have hired some new staff in the pharmacy & in the store as well. It's refreshing to say the least & a store manager Ms. Charmaine is a gem (she's been transferred 🙁) She has helped me immensely & I appreciate it! The store is turning around & I hope it continues 🙏🏻 👏🏻. NIE I myst speak on The Boss Lady in the pharmacy, she has done an amazing job since she has transferred to this store. Her professionalism is unmatched & her acts of kindness are unparalleled, i feel so special 🥰🤗. As ive told her before, shes an angel 😇 she's so kind & attentative. She's added another 2 stars to the stores rating all by her self!!! (I can only speak on my experiences🤷♂️)

This is now my 3rd time coming back in one day trying to pick up something in stock. 2 times I was asked to come back in an hour and both times not ready yet. These pharmacies are horrible doesn't matter which one you go to.....

I would give this pharmacy 0. 1st time I visited a guy was vaping in my face and no one seemed to even care. I have to walk inside after calling or using the app for them to even fill scripts in the system that just are sitting there. This makes no since at all. I will NEVER set foot in this store again at all it's sad 😔

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever went to. Whether you are in the drive thru or the physical store the wait is always RIDICULOUS and the staff just seems lost and confused. They need better management in there and a class on customer service. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the car in front of me didn’t even get serviced. We both had to pull off and go in the store and wait even LONGER. Either get a new staff or management!!!!!!

I would not recommend any one to use this walgreens. They have slow customer service. They will have you waiting in line for almost one hour when they have enough employees. It's time when the pharmacy line is longer then they aisles smh. Drive thru is extremely slow sometimes you have to wait almost 30 mins to 45 mins before anyone comes to the window they ignore the bell to ring for customer service. Then when they do ask to help you it's the attitude part for me! If it was my choice I would give zero stars to the pharmacy department.
