They are very nice at the pharmacy but it is extremely hard to get someone on the phone. You are told next in line and then it rings and no one picks up. Typically wait atleast 15-20 min on hold (today I’m on 24 with no one ahead of me)

My prescription was called in on a Monday at 12 o’clock. I went on a Tuesday. They said it would be ready. I got there and it wasn’t ready. The girl said just sit down and we’ll do it right now very unprofessional disc courteous and very unprofessional will move my business to CVS
