I was having trouble with mobile deposit of a check, and the manager and teller were very friendly and helpful.
While waiting in line, someone who looked like a manager went down the line, seeing if there were simple things he could help with.

They have the least friendly staff of all the Wells Fargo banks I go to. I'm not referring to the tellers. Although they are close my family avoids them completely and waits until we are near any other one if we need any service other than an ATM.
