Merisa and the manager (I believe his name was Tom on 1/1/26 afternoon-ish) were fantastic! I had an unique issue with setting up my internet service & they helped a ton. Great customer service!

Very helpfull...staff very smart, staff greeted people and realized there was a wait...and told me...wasnt rushed even though others were waiting...great job!!!!

I’d been given the run around by Verizon, and I couldn’t sign up online so I popped into the store here. Jordan helped me out, and navigated the bureaucracy like a pro and was able to get me all set in a matter of minutes! He was very patient with me and knowledgeable, highly recommend
