The wait is at least an hour at non-peak times. Go somewhere else and better yet never use Xfinity.

Merisa and the manager (I believe his name was Tom on 1/1/26 afternoon-ish) were fantastic! I had an unique issue with setting up my internet service & they helped a ton. Great customer service!

I’d been given the run around by Verizon, and I couldn’t sign up online so I popped into the store here. Jordan helped me out, and navigated the bureaucracy like a pro and was able to get me all set in a matter of minutes! He was very patient with me and knowledgeable, highly recommend

The technician charge $50 in person to keep it for himself because he didnt hand in that money to his supervisor as he said! I spoke to someone on the phone and they dont see a note of that money!

I had a much better experience reactivating a replacement phone at this store than I did at the store in White Marsh. Although I live closer to the WM store I will return to the Canton store should the need arise...the customer service is so much better. Except for Mike (who I think should be running the WM location) I had a completely unsatisfying experience in White Marsh.

Great experience.. the manager who assisted me was extremely helpful and patient. I was in the store for multiple hours as he helped me transfer my service from another carrier and communicated back and forth between the previous carrier and Xfinity. Would definitely recommend.

Whatever you do DO NOT go into this store for service. I went to schedule moving my service to a new address in a week. They confirmed the date when service would stop/start and I went on my way. Only to get home and realize I had no WiFi. I spent 3 hours on the phone with 5 different xfinity reps and no one could figure out how to fix whatever they did in the store. So I am stuck without WiFi until an xfinity tech can come to my house. Going into this store was the biggest mistake

Trash system for checking in and triaging customers - a lot of chit chat and casual conversation with other customers but all anyone usually needs to do is return equipment but why does that have to be in person when other Internet providers accept equipment via FedEx or UPS or anything else? Always a tremendous waste of time and a true deterrent to ever signing up for Xfinity.

What good is going to the store if you can't get your issues resolved. Xfinity/Comcast is really awful now. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, sadly. I used to really like them.

I went to Boston street xfinity store to buy a iPhone 16 pro max and Darrell the sale consultant was very helpful, I got what I wanted and help me out with rewards and help me as well get an iPhone and Apple Watch and phone case and got my brother an Apple Watch I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs help and he deserves a raise
