Very nice helpful representative getting our new phone activated. The problem is there's only one person servicing four or five customers That's the only issue I see but everything else turned out okay

I worked with Gage! 10/10 recommend working with him if you have the opportunity. He answered all my questions and put up with me looking at all my finance options. The festival AT&T is the only AT&T retailer I go to. Never disappointed when I come here.

Had a very positive experience at the AT&T store in the Festival Mall, Bel Air. Brenna was very knowledgeable and efficient in assisting me with my new phone and very patient explaining the features.
