It was our first experience with Perry Hall Auto Body shop but we were very happy with the repair work and customer service. Think they even washed our car for us when it was done. “I recommend Genco’s Collision to anyone in need of their services. I have ‘25 Black Acura MDX with just a “scratch”, on the driver’s side door. The detailer would not work on my car until I had the “scratch” fixed. He recommended I speak to Will at Genco’s Collision. Will fixed my scratch. Looks beautiful again!! “I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing my car repaired after a collision with a deer. The team at Harford Custom Coach, Ashley, Dave, and John, made what could have been a stressful and unpleasant situation much more manageable.
From the moment I brought my car in, they took charge of the situation, keeping me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent, with regular updates on the progress of the repairs and clear explanations of the work being done. They made sure to address all of my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. Even after the repairs were completed, I had a few minor requests, which they promptly addressed.
Overall, my experience with Harford Custom Coach was exceptional. They made a difficult situation much easier to navigate with their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.

“Took in our Honda Fit after someone backed into it in a garage. I am very satisfied with our experience at Canby. The whole staff, and especially Mike, were pleasant and wonderful to work with. they had great communication. They repaired our vehicle on time, which was amazing since it was around Christmas that I took it in, the total bill was very close to the estimate, and it looks brand new. I highly recommend Canby!”
