Recent management has significantly improved building maintenance, addressing repairs for amenities like the pool, laundry, and elevator promptly, often on the same day. The staff receives mixed feedback. While some front desk employees are rarely spoken to, a particular front desk staff member is consistently highlighted as an exceptional asset. This employee is described as very professional, kind, accommodating, and welcoming, with impeccable manners that make guests feel recognized and valued. The hotel manager is also noted as being fantastic. However, the hotel has notable drawbacks. The WiFi is consistently reported as bad and weak. The TV has very limited channels and no access to streaming platforms, with a remote that lacks an input-changing option. Despite these issues, many guests report peaceful, great experiences and would highly recommend the hotel or stay again, considering it a reliable choice for the area.
I really enjoy the politeness and great teamwork at Candlewood with Ms. Blake and the rest of the front desk staff. The rooms are clean and neat thanks to the housekeeping staff as well. Stayed for a week, the check in staff seemed worn out and unhappy. Not rude though. The bathroom had a leak right above the shower and there was mold growing. Big ich.

Great place away from home. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I was on a business trip and I spent 4 nights. It was amazing. Check-in was fast and checkout was easy. The receptionist went above and beyond. Would stay here again!
