“I loved my stay for new years! We stayed from Saturday - Wednesday. Our flight got changed last minute and we ended up getting into Maryland around 10am. We called to tell the hotel even though we know check in is at 4pm. They worked what they could and got us in a little early. The staff was always very nice and helpful. I think the GM is the one I had the most contact with. She was such a sweet person! This will definitely be my go to place every time I come to visit! Thanks for giving 10000% best customer service!”
