My partner and I walked into the store hoping to understand what an adjustable bed looks like - just a quick research trip, in and out. Instead, we were immediately greeted by Steve with great kindness and positivity. He took the time to patiently listen to our unique needs and give us a comprehensive understanding of the different types of Sleep Number beds and their capabilities. He put together two different quotes for us and helped me understand how I could apply through Sleep Number and Truemed for a medical accessibility letter so that I can use my FSA to pay for my new bed. The level of kindness, care, and professionalism we received was outstanding. I cannot thank Steve enough for his thoughtfulness, expertise, and kindness. This was very helpful in us deciding what type of seating we wanted. Originally we were shopping for a sectional, which are mostly designed for smaller statured people. Chirina showed us sectionals but also showed us sofas and loveseats that better suited us and our needs. She is very knowledgeable

Went to the Italian Festival tonight and was passing by the Jarrettsville Furniture, Inc. tent, when I immediately saw “something” with the Script A on it and had to check it out. I got closer and realized it was a hand decorated BOOK! Two things I love… Alabama and books. I was thinking how cute it would look on my bookshelf! My mom asked if it was for sale and was told “no, sorry”. A little voice from the back of the tent said something like, “that’s not Alabama”. My mom was like yes it is, she graduated from there. She kept saying it had been outside, it was warped and wilted, she couldn’t sell it to me, etc. I told her it was fine! As she held the book in her hand she pointed to the “A” and said something like, “I’m Angie. I can’t sell this to you, but I want you to have it.” That little voice in the back was Mrs. Angie, one of the owner’s of Jarrettsville Furniture. Me and my mom immediately started to get teary eyed from the gesture. I wanted to give her something for it but she said no since I graduated from Alabama. I thanked her over and over and over. Mrs. Angie, thank you again. You made my day and then some!!”
“The manager is wonderful and very accommodating. However, I did have a bad experience today with the self checkout. I still love this store and couldn't rate them badly based off of my one bad experience. I do hope the manager does have a conversation with the employee who provided the nasty experience.”
