I had an appointment and did not have to wait long at all. Waiting room was full, busy day for walk ins but they honor appointments which is great. Latrice is absolutely amazing she is warm and friendly and so funny , made the whole visit easy!

Long wait, but I didn't have an appointment, so, that's my fault, not theirs. On their end, quick smooth sign in process, very helpful and professional staff. Blood draw was painless n quick(as it always is at plumbtree). That's why I go to this location. Never have an issue. Always a good experience. Thank you.
