The staff are honest, kind, and extremely helpful, providing excellent customer service. They take the time to properly fit equipment, offering several options and custom adjustments to ensure gear fits perfectly. The team is flexible and works to solve any problem, ensuring customers leave happy. The store has a great culture where every member is great at their job, cares about the community, and wants to improve the local lacrosse scene. They provide clear explanations of gear differences for new players and parents, offering the same or comparable prices to big box stores but with superior, sport-specific knowledge. Staff often share helpful tips and training drills. It is a highly recommended spot for anyone, from lifelong lacrosse fans to those new to the game.
