“I was looking to buy a new pair of Skechers online but my size was unavailable for the style and color I wanted. I found an alternate choice in my size and it was in stock at the Bel Air store. I entered the store and asked a staff member for some help with locating what I wanted, and I received tremendous assistance. Caitlyn was very pleasant and attentive in helping me find what I was looking for. She also did a great job at checkout making sure the new shoes that I had put on my feet were both of matching size by checking “under the tongue”. Caitlyn is an asset for your business.
