“Staff are very helpful and always a nice greeting whenever someone enters the store. They always load my car with purchases, which I very much appreciate. They also now sell propane, and it's less expensive than anyone else in the local area by several dollars.”

“Always a pleasure to deal with any staff here. Prices are the best in the local area. Great selection and always willing to try and order for you if they don't have what you want in stock/inventory.

“Nothing special about this liquor store but that's why it's good. Good variety of selections, especially liquor. Easy location, right next to campus. Plenty of parking, though if you need to turn left to leave, better to leave around the back exit behind and to the right of the store. Puts you on Thomas Run, and you can turn left at the light.”

“Everyone there is extremely helpful and they have a wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits. There is something there for any budget even though their prices are a little on the expensive side”

“A local liquor store nestled in the center of Bel Air. This liquor store features a variety of spirits, beer, and cocktailpre-mixes. I would suggest looking at the bourbon aisle featuring a wide variety of flavors. Today, I purchased a bottle of Rabbit Hole Dareringer blend. The Dareringer blend is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey finished in Sherry Casks”

“Cheers Wine & Spirits is my go to spot. They have the best prices around by far, and the selection is solid. I’ve checked other stores nearby and always end up coming back here.

The staff is friendly and helpful if you need something. If you’re looking for good bottles without overpaying, this is the place.”

“Good local spot, and a much better selection of local craft beers (like Nepenthe, etc) than Ronnie's nearby. I'll go out of my way to drive here despite it being a few minutes farther.”

“I agree with Barton F., don't believe the negative hype. They have some really great choices and hard to find items. They have 1 particular wine that is next to impossible to find and always have a great stock. The owner Tony is about the most fair minded proprietor around in these days of no loyalty and respect, even in retail. IMO, he is a man that stands behind what he sells and goes to the end to make sure you are satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Festival W&S to anyone for your wine and alcohol beverage needs. A+ !!”
