“Great store. Well trained employees and very pleasant. We were trying to figure out the paint color on our walls so we could match it up. The employee suggested that if we cut a small piece from the drywall, they had a machine that could determine the paint color. We took the piece of drywall into the store and the color chosen matched up perfectly! This was after we had spoken to our painter who no longer had our paint color on file. She suggested that she would come to our home with someone who had a machine that could match it up and, of course, it would have cost us alot of money. That just seemed like overkill for a small area we needed to paint around our new thermostat that was much smaller than the old one. Thank you, Sherwin Williams!”

“Had wallpaper hung today by Jim, who did a beautiful job! I've been looking forward to having this wallpaper up for such a long time, and to finally have it up is amazing. Great customer service, too - quick to respond. I called shortly after he left with a question about wallpaper seams (nothing *actually* wrong, just probably the paper backing ever so slightly peeking through), and he let me know he'd come back out to take a look. He answered all my questions about my paint order which was not straight forward. Very helpful. I watched him with another customer while my paint was mixing and he was so helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely went out of his way to be helpful to customers and provide his knowledge and insight into the purchases customers were making. He definitely stood out as a gem and I wanted to acknowledge and commend his customer service.”
