If I could give less than one star, I would: I was sent here from my doctor whose office Is part of the same commons. I was told there would be no need for an appointment, but I made an appointment anyway just in case. I got there 5 minutes beforehand and checked in, but when it was my turn, was I greeted by someone and asked to come back? No. My name was yelled (loudly) from a mystery room in the back… upon finding who it was that was yelling my name, I was told that my insurance wouldn’t cover the tests. I called my insurance and they said it is covered and they often get calls like this regarding Quest and they typically advise against going here.

The phlebotomist was wonderful. The only dissatisfaction was due to the time slot being doubled book and needing to wait. I make my appointments earliest as possible so I can go To work after getting my blood work drawn. This appointment I had to wait while 3 other people, who arrived and signed in after me, were called ahead of me.

My appointment was not showing on the system. The lab associate came out and assisted me on the kiosk machine she also was unable to find my appointment in the system. Not a problem at all !! I was taken care of right then. Impeccable customer service!!

I had an appointment, and I was early. When I arrived, I could see that there were no other patients, and the employees were walking around and looking busy. No one acknowledged me, nor did they say, "we will see you in a moment". It seemed as though that I was going to wait until my appointment. However, the lady who took my blood was pleasant and took me back a little early to get my bloodwork.

I love the staff there. They are always so friendly and attentive. I can tell they really care about their job. I go often to get blood work done and have never had a bad experience!

I like checking in by clicking on a text on my phone. The whole process was fairly painless.

Overall, it was a good experience in the handful of times I've been there. Service has been some of the most prompt I've ever experienced in a healthcare environment. Definitely recommend filling out check-in info online, beforehand. If you check-in when you get there, their kiosk that scans your ID and insurance card may drive you insane.

Just made this place my "go to" for lab services. After years of using another national provider and walking g out hurt & bruised every time; I'd had enough. Quest is professional and prompt. Their clinical expertise is exceeded only by their smooth appointment process! I'll be back!
