“I rented a large, indoor storage space from Yourspace in Hickory, MD and it was the first time that I have ever needed this type of service. The facility is spotless and the manager there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had the wrong move out date (my error) and the manager went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible on my end. I am truly grateful to her for being so fair with me. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a great place to store their belongings. Without a doubt, I would rent a space again here in the future if I ever needed to do it again. Ten stars!”

“I choose this location because of its convenience even though it has many recent bad reviews. I had a pleasant experience renting a unit here. I reserved a unit online and moved my items in a few hours later. I called and spoke to someone on the phone to confirm my online booking. She was pleasant and friendly when we arrived and offered us to tour the unit before making a final decision. The unit was clean and there was a cart readily available to use for our heavier items. After reading the comments I opted for auto-pay to avoid a lockout. Rates are reasonable compared to the competition.”
