“Miss Irene is AWESOME! She made us feel right at Home, and treated us like Family! She was particularly welcoming to our seven-year-old Princess! Putting the penultimate customer service to the side for a moment, I wish every human being in the world took after Irene's warm and resplendent spirit! Thanks so much Irene!”
“The manager was very friendly. The facility was extremely clean and fresh smelling. It was actually climate controlled unlike other facilities that I have rented at. The units are nice and mine is conveniently located by the back door/loading dock. I couldn't have asked for a better situation.”

“The best experience in my many years of renting a storage space. The building is extremely well lit inside and outside. It is very clean, and I feel safe whenever I go to the unit.

“Your Eastern Blvd manager in Middle River, MD, Cory, went way beyond what I imagine his job description calls for. After discovering a water leak in my unit, Cory, tried to stop it by putting tape around the sprinkler that was causing the problem. He set me up with a new comparable unit, at the same rate. He advised me that I should move my boxes, etc. to the other unit, although it didn’t appear that they were going to get wet. I asked who would pay for the move since I thought I was getting the short end of the deal. On his own, he went ahead and spent about an hour moving all my goods to help make me a happy customer. Good work Cory. Thank you.”

“I used this storage a year for my items while in Iraq and it was safe and convenient. The staff are helpful and nice. I also had an unbelievable “guardian angel” experience last week moving my bike from storage. The regional manager,Mike, went above and beyond to help me. I don’t know what I would have done without him. He was in the right place at the right time. I will pay it forward and help someone else. I highly recommend using Uhaul trucks and Stack & Store in this region. God Bless :)”
“I had no issues with the Joppa location, it was clean, dry and no mice problems. The staff was friendly during my April check in and no issues when I moved everything into the new house in September. Easy online payment options made it nice”
