“This storage facility was the first I’ve ever used and it was such a breeze! The two women I worked with to rent the space were very helpful and quick, they knew what they were doing and were able to answer all my questions. They were also flexible with my needs for the size of the storage space which I really appreciated. The space itself was very clean and well maintained. They also have multiple large/long dollys which were super helpful for moving my things. I brought my own lock for my storage unit, but they sell locks as well as packing supplies, and overall the facility also felt safe and secure. I would definitely recommend using this location!”
“Very professional crew and extremely efficient. Packed up and loaded the truck very quickly. Delivery was also quick and efficient. The management was very responsive and communicated all changes often. Daniel and his team were very friendly and were very accommodating when I would request a change from the normal operation.”

“I came in on a Saturday, expect to have to wait. The gentleman at the counter was very professional and patient with me. He asked what I was storing and suggested a 10x10 unit. I asked that it not be far from the entrance, since my husband us unable to walk a long distance. He was very accommodating, and was able to get us a ground floor unit, that is very accessible.”
“Makenzie is my favorite person! I've been in customer service for 22 years so they way I'm treated matters most to me. Makenzie has always went above bar to be incredibly amazing and help in any way, be informative, patient, and she follows-up in a timely manner. I feel like she should be in the medical field, they could use her compassionate towards others. She deserves a raise, promotion, maybe doing on boarding or application process. A lot of the associates in the past could learn from her.I've been here for 3 years and everything is always fine with my unit. Sometimes the door or gate doesn't work and carts can't be found. But the customer service is finally amazing? I'll be using them until I move in to a larger space.”

They were able to get our 2 sheds across from one another which makes it easy to come and go. This will also be great for the movers. I highly recommend this facility.”

“This is the best moving company I've ever hired. They worked with my schedule and time that I needed them and the owner even face timed me to see how much I had so he knew how many movers to send. The movers were fast efficient and got things in and out with very little damage. A few things have some scuffs but that's to be expected while moving furniture in tight apartment hallways. They never complained and kept moving the entire time. I'll be using them again for my next move!”
“I rented a large, indoor storage space from Yourspace in Hickory, MD and it was the first time that I have ever needed this type of service. The facility is spotless and the manager there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had the wrong move out date (my error) and the manager went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible on my end. I am truly grateful to her for being so fair with me. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a great place to store their belongings. Without a doubt, I would rent a space again here in the future if I ever needed to do it again. “I had an extreme emergency use for a unit. Shane the manager worked with us very closely. We went to inspect the unit and found it to be clean and what we need. Shane also sells the boxes that you may need tape anything you need to move he he can do it he gave us a complete rundown on how to pay the bill when to pay the bill very helpful very useful I would recommend using StorageMart for people's storage needs. We had a treadmill that was unable to fit down to the basement and the company arranged for a contractor to come out disassemble and move it to the correct area. Definitely would recommend to people in the Delmarva area.”

“I choose this location because of its convenience even though it has many recent bad reviews. I had a pleasant experience renting a unit here. I reserved a unit online and moved my items in a few hours later. I called and spoke to someone on the phone to confirm my online booking. She was pleasant and friendly when we arrived and offered us to tour the unit before making a final decision. The unit was clean and there was a cart readily available to use for our heavier items. After reading the comments I opted for auto-pay to avoid a lockout. Rates are reasonable compared to the competition.”
