I was in Verizon today, 1435 Rock Spring Road, Bel Air, Md 21014-1920. I was helped today by Tyler Rosenberger. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, explained additional options, of which I wasn’t aware. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Hey went there to reactivate my account. Took forever but the woman was super nice and had a great talk with her as the issue was being fixed. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was sitting in the front wearing glasses with these pretty black and white nails on. She was a huge help and again super patient.
