“We all know how stressful it can be when your car is broken and needs to be fixed. I have a 2007 Buick and was involved in a hit-and-run The car still runs beautifully, but I didn’t like the blemish that was left CARSTAR Nescar took away my anxiety from my first interaction with Jesus. We coordinated schedules and I worked with Steve the day I brought my vehicle in. They kept me informed along the repair journey. I picked her up today and Jesus and Steve both greeted me and were extremely efficient, friendly, and absolutely no hassle. Not that I have been to many body shops, but I was so impressed with how immaculate and organized the physical space is.
I hope I don’t need to have repairs again, but if I have to, I will definitely contact CARSTAR Nescar in Beltsville. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

They did a good job and cleaned the inside of my cab and I never asked them to do that. They went above and beyond and I appreciate that. I am glad that I found an alternative instead of having to always go to the Mercedes dealership. Keep up the good work!”
“Very affordable..didn’t know them from a can of paint. Google and went off of reviews. Another garage told me I needed a rear differential replaced. Thank God I went through these guys. Two days between ordering a transfer case, doing the work and having my cadi running amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Huge shoutout to Brian and the whole Crash Champions team! I was hit by a drunk driver and had no idea what to expect going into the repair process, but they made everything super easy and stress-free.
The customer service was amazing. Communication in person, over the phone, or by text was consistent and not overwhelming at all.
The front desk ladies were super helpful and made all the paperwork quick and painless. They even got me a ride to the rental office, which I really appreciated.
Got my car back in about a week, and it came back clean, washed, and vacuumed (which was such a nice surprise.)
Overall just a really smooth experience. Definitely recommend.

“Mr.Adan existed me with the spark plugs and at the age of 17 he was very knowledgeable of how to install them, also he conducted himself very professional and I must say he deserves a raise because he saved me a thousand dollars for something so simple as replacing spark plugs and I did myself. “I had a problem with my ABS, They checked my ABS and, believe it or not, found and removed screws lodged in my tire. I’d been driving on it...luckily the tire wasn’t punctured. The staff were polite, professional, and charged a reasonable fee. I highly recommend them for any car repairs.
