“I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”

Shipping items can be a bit of a pain but the team in this store always takes of everything, from packing to getting you the best shipping rates for your needs. “I use this location pretty often. Leonard helped with last minute shipments I needed to get out on a Friday for arrival on Saturday back in September. Most of the shipments made it, 2 were delayed (no fault of the store). The store team helped me sort out a partial refund.”

“I received the best service from Don during my visit to this store. I needed numerous different photocopy work done, passport photos taken, shipping packages created, and notary services for some documents. Don was extremely helpful and patient with my many requests. A delightful experience made ever better when I found out I had actually walked into the store past their closing time, yet I still received stellar and patient service. And when I left and mistakenly left my photos behind, Don called me and went above and beyond to ensure I got them that evening. Truly great customer service!”

I was there with my baby stroller, even though it’s not a step-free entrance, the staff here helped me lift my baby stroller over the staircase. I also heard him patiently explaining a service to a customer.
It may be a small private owned UPS franchise but they provide good service. Don’t let the reviews discourage you.”
