“To be fair, the staff was nice but not impressed with the service by any means. Paid $120 for an oil change, lets call it reasonable. Then I was presented a very professional checklist of all the other things that are included with the service. Just like any other good scam, NOTHING on that checklist was done. They did try to up sell but the trust went out the window for me. I’m okay paying $120 for an oil change, why set the expectation for all the other services that you don’t actually provide?
2 other guys were also there, complaining about the service or the lack of as well as how they were charged for things they did not agree to. Should’ve got the hint right there ?♂️

The initial tests said it would be a $4000+ repair but they researched it further on their own to identify a relatively minor problem which proved to be the problem. Saved me thousands. They also identified several other somewhat expected problems for an aged car. All in all I came back very satisfied.”

They had to rebuild my transmission and they did a great job even though they didn't want to do the work at first because of the amount of work involved and their available resources. “I had a real crappy day finishing off with getting off work with tire on FLAT flat, PSI of 4! NO spare in trunk, AAA account canceled 2yrs prior and State Farm Roadside Assistance ETA 90-120mins ? luckily i had Fix a Flat in my trunk which allowed me to put in my tire to travel just under 2 miles to here which was the nearest tire shop and open. I drove on over and told them what was going on and Akari at front desk was there and assured me that they can help me. No other customers inside or in bay so they got to me right away. Akari told me tire could be repaired instead of getting a new tire if they could but i rather just get a new tire than to deal with the headache of later on the road having to deal with the bad tire. The cheapest tire they had for a 225 size tire was $98. Thank God i had just got paid today ? will eventually come back to get my tires balanced and aligned.”

“Quickest and best customer service in my area. I’ve been to several jiffy lubes on route 1 and these guys have it down! They checked me out on a tablet, which I didn’t mind. It was one of the first times the guys tried to use the ipad. There were some minor hiccups with the tablet but im sure in the future it will be fixed. Thanks again!”

“I have been going to DARCARS Lanham Kia since I purchased my vehicle in 2016. I'm sad that this is my first review. Every time I come here, they are friendly, efficient, and they resolve my issue quickly. I've had recalls performed (for free of course) that I didn't know were due. My kids broke two of my seatbelts and I was getting the one in the back replaced (for free under warranty). The front one was not replaceable for free because I had to cut it when my daughter wrapped her leg up in it and I couldn't get her out any other way. They replaced the broken one in the front by mistake and did not charge me and they still replaced the one in the back for free. All of my rentals have been free because I purchased the extended warranty. They always give me a ride to Enterprise to get my rental and get me out in time to pick up my kids from school. They have not failed me yet. I will continue to come here for purchases, maintenance and repairs. Also, look out for specials. They can save you money as well!”
