Very nice staff and I had a very nice experience with them. I personally afraid of going to the dentist. I had my tooth pulled today and I did not feel a thing at all. They were very professional and so helpful. I give them two thumbs up.

A very good visit. The staff was so kind and professional. My first time there and I will continue to use Aspen What a relief to find a good dentist. I highly recommend Aspen.

I would not recommend Aspen Dental in Berlin, MdI went for what I was told was a free consultation after the receptionist at that location put me on hold to check to make sure because I had told her I had been to the Salisbury location. She assured me it was a free consultation when I went I waited for 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor, ( I understand medical facilities get backed up) who then told me they were going to do x-rays. I asked the fee as I informed the doctor I just wanted a consultation to explore my options,The doctor told me that there was no fee when I went into the office managers office. She informed me that I owed $250 153 of which were for the x-rays and that because I had been to the Salisbury office. I wasn’t a new patient when I had informed the receptionist that I had been there. She never told me that she assured me my consultation was free. The bathrooms were filthy disgusting. The rooms were filthy. The doctor Was arguing with another patient when I was sitting in the back waiting to be seen. The office manager basically called me a liar, and it was just an all-around extremely bad experience. I do not recommend going there if you live in the Berlin Maryland area I The office manager basically called me a liar, and it was just a all-around extremely bad experience. I do not recommend going there if you live in the Berlin Maryland area I would absolutely seek out Atlantic Dental or de Palma, Dental or anyone but Aspen Dental and Berlin.

This location needs to be investigated. I have never experienced so many issues in one place or seen any dentist/doctors office operate as disfunctional as this place does. I paid for a complete cleaning and exam and but the denrist or hygienist dis not document my treatment plan, couldnt even check out because the check out person was in a meeting. I couldn't even make an appointment to get the cavities I have filled because it was not documented that I had any. They double charged me for a service, sent the bills to the wrong insurance company, and billed my credit card without authorization. They topped it off when they charged my credit card $1900 for surgery that I did not receive. I made the appointment and canceled it the next day. They have received payment from my insurance in full for all services i have received but have not reimbursed me for the payments i made upfront. I'm not sure what Kim's position is there, but her whole attitude, vibe, and work ethic is bothered and lazy. She only appears to return calls when it involves spending more money. I can not tell you how many times she was going to "call me back" and never did. She is incompetent, and I honestly believe this facility needs to be investigated for insurance and credit card fraud. I gave up trying to get my money back through them and have filed disputed with my credit card company. I advise everyone to stay away from ASPEN DENTAL or, at the least, this location.

This had to be the best dental experience I’ve ever had.Took dad in for a replacement denture. Everyone was super polite & efficient. They treated dad with so much respect, it was awesome. The doctor double & triple checked the fit. Dad was super happy. The costs were thoroughly explained. Our follow up appointments were promptly scheduled & reminders were received. The dentures were perfectly matched (color, shape, etc.) to his existing denture & look great.I would highly recommend Aspen Dental and will look forward to dad’s next appointment.Aspen dental, you really rock! Much gratitude!!!!!

When I first went there over a year ago it was great. Had crowns done and dentist was great everything fine. It's been over a year and I thought they would send a reminder to get a cleaning but didn't hear anything so I called. Either they don't answer the phone or I finally get someone and they refuse to schedule me. First they didn't know what the new hygienist's schedule was and they would call me and they never did. So I call again and they put me on hold forever then tell me they will give my name to someone who will call me back to schedule. I have not heard a word. What kind of dental practice does this? How do you run a business like this? They don't know what they are doing and apparently their employees keep leaving and they don't have anyone. I'm done. I am calling another dentist who is for real! No Aspen for me anymore.

Nice staff, enjoyable experience, but seems like a lot of extra steps. I called once a week for 1.5 months to try and get an appointment, finally got one, and they didn’t even clean my teeth. I got to meet the staff, then I have to reschedule for my actual cleaning. Someone should clarify that at “check up” is not a cleaning. Fortunately, it seems they have appointments for actual cleanings so I am only 3 more weeks before that next appt. Unfortunately, I’m 1 hour away with 2 kids and work so it’s very inconvenient.

I had an appointment at Aspen dental for my teeth cleaning today, so I showed up ahead of my appointment, and was informed that I owed them money for past services. I went back and got my teeth cleaned, came out and was told that they no longer accepted my insurance. So it was out of network and I had to pay $191 For Work completed by them. When I left the office, I called their corporate office and found out that they stopped accepting our insurance in May 2023, but did not inform patients! Very poor business practices.Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I will not recommend anyone to go to them for their dental needs.

I made an appointment for a denture issue since Aspen has in house lab.Everyone, from the reception to the back of the house was friendly. Professional, knowledgeable and so patient. I don't generally enjoy going to the dentist but the people here are outstanding! Tanya and LaShanna are awesome!

We had a great experience with the office staff, dental hygienist Apryl, and Dr Clarke. They were very thorough, and explained the results in detail and described the recommended treatment. We will be continuing to see them.

The tech was really nice. I hope she finds a better place to work. I went into the appointment and they start doing X-rays which is pretty normal, and then the tech starts explaining what’s going to happen - basically a consultation. I asked her if I was going to get a cleaning, and she said “no, this is a consultation for what kind of cleaning you need.” I said alright well when can I come back for a cleaning, she goes and talks to the front desk people, and she comes back and tells me it’s going to be at least a year. What good is a consultation at that point? I have never gone to a dentist where they waste your time like this, and make this a whole thing, just for you to come back in a year and your mouth could be completely different. It makes absolutely no sense. I thought I was going with a quick no frills dentist office and I would be in and out because they want my money. Maybe the wait period is a year because you waste 50% of your time doing “consultations.” Many people don’t have time for this, working and children and so many other things. A waste of time

This company does not know how to stop taking new patients. They can't even do a 6 month cleaning. I made an appiontment in October of 2022 for a cleaning they said wouldn't be available until August 2023. I was okay with it, made my appointment. Got multiple text msg for my appt. Confirmed it. Showed up and they said it was Cancelled 5 minutes after not being greeted. I Wouldn't want to greet the person I knew I had to shut down either if I worked front desk there. Instead of rectifying the situation by scheduling a new appointment for let's say next week?! They said August of 2024..THEY CANCEL YOU AND DONT EVEN PRIORITIZE YOU AFTER THAT.........from prior experience at this establishment, the Asian lady that does fillings is rushed and has a attitude, she's so rushed that she wouldn't even shave down the filling she did on my upper tooth because my back molar was removed years prior. My heart really goes out to the people who work front desk here.

I was billed for services not rendered and after waiting 1 month and numerous phone calls, I still have not received credit. And when I asked to talk to someone in authority, I was denied. They say they are having issues switching to a new system but that has been the excuse since March. Funny though, they were able to bill me, collect payment.
