My experience was nice and friendly. Everyone i came in contact with smiled and spoke. I must say they are friendly people,and they take care of yours pets. I've never had a problem with them whenever my son onyx has his appointment.

Their computer is so slow. Every time check-in and check-out takes a long time. Also, the medications are too expensive. I found out after the fact that I could have bought the same medication elsewhere for half price ($81 vs. 37). Sigh

Banfield Pet Hospital has the best customer service and the doctors are friendly and very helpful. The quality of service is the best.
