Excellent customer service. I would love to stay here every time I'm in Bethesda. I had breakfast in the restaurant and Gladys was an awesome server.

We had a decent stay, but they were only 2 towels for 1 night stay, no extra towels.

Room is clean, tidy, and thoughtfully designed. Loved the options for lights across the room, and the bathroom maximized space. Bed was very comfortable. Loved having restaurant access downstairs and it's a quick drive to the shops and city.
