“Melinda from K&B Bridal helped me so much prior to my dress appointment. I lost my father at the beginning of the year unexpectedly and Melinda helped me reschedule my appointment multiple times over the late spring and summer and just really helped me find my dream dress. A dress I saw at the DC expo in April of this year but didn’t take a photo or get the name of but Melinda helped me figure out which dress it was when I described it in detail. My appointment was scheduled to be the last appointment of the day so that I could take my time and have private moments knowing that I’d be emotional. I can’t even explain how amazingly sweet that was to provide an atmosphere for us to enjoy the day and the ups and downs that it came with. Melinda and Mikaela helped with my appointment on the day of and having them each step of the way really helped me feel secure and enjoy each moment I’ve laughed and cried with this staff and If you are looking for a genuine human connection in the wedding industry K&B Bridals is the place to go. From the moment we walked in, every woman in the boutique was personable and professional. They made me feel so comfortable and celebrated throughout the entire process.
I worked specifically with Olivia, and she is simply amazing. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making each bride feel special and seen. I had an abysmal experience using Generation Tux for my nephew's black tie wedding. Suit arrived laughably too large and the quality was garbage, even for a rental tux. I cancelled the order, got a refund, and walked immediately over to Anthony's Tuxedo.
Unlike Gen Tux, Anthony's has actual clothing items to try on in store. Ed took my meaurements, gave me two sizes to try on based on that, and guided me on which size looked best. I don't think I'll personally need it, but Ed also mentioned he works with a tailor nearby to get minor alterations done to pants if need be.
Anthony's Tuxedo saved me A LOT of frustration and headache. Ed saved the day.”
“I had a great experience with this bridal shop! It was my 3rd store and I knew I was going to be a tough client, I had a low budget and my wedding was only 3 months out. My stylists was amazing! She pulled everything she possibly could and even let us look through the racks ourselves (I went with my mom and sister). She was extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness and offered her opinion when I looked to her for additional advice. She also made sure it would be possible to have alterations done in time for my wedding before I even made a purchase. “I had an amazing experience with House of Ketubah! I was assisted by Tiffany and her daughter, Gabby, and both were amazing. I thought the first dress they selected for me to try on would be the one I said yes too, but my mom wanted me to try more and the second dress ended up being the one. I tried on maybe 5 dresses and all were beautiful, but I knew it would be the second dress after seeing it. I did a lot of research to find a good place and am so happy House of Ketubah was the first place I decided to make an appointment with and was able to say yes to a dress quickly. It is also affordable, especially if you are starting your dress search later than you should be (like me)! I absolutely recommend this place!”

“I wholeheartedly recommend Lola—1000%! She tailored my wedding dress to fit me absolutely perfectly for my special day. Her craftsmanship is exceptional, and she went above and beyond by creating a bustle for my dress from scratch and transforming the bolero into beautifully fitted, removable sleeves. I had a very specific vision for the sleeves, and Lola executed it flawlessly.
During the tailoring process, whenever I had feedback and needed a few adjustments to the bustle and sleeves, Lola gladly listened and made every change with care and precision until everything was exactly as I envisioned. Lola also tailored my second wedding dress as well as my rehearsal dinner dress, and every single piece fit me like a glove.
Her tailoring skills are truly outstanding, but what sets her apart even more is her patience, understanding, kindness, and incredible ability to listen. Working with her was an absolute pleasure, and throughout the entire process I felt completely at ease knowing my dresses were in the best hands. She exceeded my expectations in every way.
