7123 Bethesda Ln, Bethesda MD 20814
“After traveling around quite a bit, I can say with certainty that this is the best Neuhaus location in the Northeast. I have gone to quite a few locations between DC and New York, and the level of friendly and accommodating service that I receive at the Bethesda location deserves all of the accolades. Entering this store truly feels like a luxury experience and I will continue to patron this location as long as they are here. Thank you for having a group of people working in your store who understand the definition of customer service.”

“I can’t say enough accolades for Retu, the owner and the store!! She helped rush some “emergency” chocolates to my sister in the hospital who was having a very hard day after a serious car accident and I’m in Florida!! I was able to send some LOVE with The Candy Store’s help. Equally important, my sister said that the chocolates are DELICIOUS!!”

“I had an excellent experience at the Lindt Pentagon City DC store thanks to Quincy. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, engaging, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable and made us feel valued as customers. He was genuine. Great customer service stands out these days, and Quincy absolutely delivered. My kids asked to go back the following day, not for chocolate, but the see Quincy! If I owned a business, I’d want him on my team. Lindt is lucky to have an employee who represents the company so well!”

“Came here because I’ve seen it on TikTok for a while. I have been to the NYC location and I will say, that location had more of the “popular Swedish” candy. This location did still have a good variety of candy. I do know they also switch out candy a lot, so I’m sure a lot of it depends on when you go.”
